The terrace has been converted into a conservatory with a glass curtain install. The bathroom has been upgraded to contain a large walk in shower. The garden is a paved patio area ideal for sunbathing on the large rotating sun lounger which can accommodate 4 people. The pool is located 20m from the patio so ideal for families. The apartment is a 5 min walk to the supermarket & recently opened 5 * La Torre Golf Resort Hotel. The town centre with bars & restaurants are also only a 5 min walk away.
