Lovely large 3 Bed 2 Bath Melvin apartment looking on to the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course and the communal pool. The apartment is in the South West of the resort.
The accommodation has: lift, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, parking in the basement and on the resort, TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French etc.).
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and kettle are provided.
The Resort
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a whole host of restaurants and bars on the Mar Menor Boulevard.
Los Alcazares is also just a 8 minute drive to beautiful safe beaches, bars and restaurants.
