Well appointed luxury 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment located on the 13th and 14th golf holes. Large private south facing main terrace with fantastic views over the lake. Small terrace off the second bedroom, so you can choose sun or shade. Adjacent to a large communal pool.
The spacious apartment benefits from air-conditioning and heating throughout, furnished to a high standard, with an open-plan living area and kitchen. 2 bedrooms with the master having added advantage of an ensuite bathroom. Additional shared shower room.
Large patio windows from the lounge and master bedroom lead to a large terrace, with a 3 seater outdoor sofa and 2 comfy chairs, a dining table and sun loungers, which makes it a great place for relaxing in the sun or dining alfresco.
Also a BBQ which is an electric George Forman outside BBQ.
The large, delightful communal pool is just a few short steps away.
