The Space:
Located a short stroll from Torquay’s vibrant café and shopping strip (300m) and iconic front beach (650m), this single storey residence offers a great location for visitors to the Surf Coast. Set in a handy location, literally walking distance to everything, you can shop, play and dine without needing your car!
Comfortably furnished and well-appointed for your seaside holiday, the kitchen features quality appliances and an Aldi coffee pod machine (some pods provided). Fully-equipped crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware are just some of the inclusions you can expect to find.
Enjoy meals at the dining table for 6 guests, with direct flow to the north-facing pergola with all-day sunshine, a BBQ and garden aspect. Ceiling fans and a split system heating/cooling to the main living hub is ideal for all seasons, with comfy couches to watch TV. Pour a drink in the bar area and relax after exploring the local attractions. Defining features include a bay window to the gardens, and the coastal aesthetic of white plantation shutters.
Three bedrooms have ceiling fans and are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels (BYO beach towels). We have done all we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The spacious King master bedroom has a walk-in robe and ensuite with spa bath, shower and toilet. A Queen bedroom and Twin Single bedroom each has built-in robes.

This unit is located in an entertainment (dining, pub, shopping) precinct. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.

Surf City Plaza is home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and Rip Curl (all originated in Torquay). Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.
You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday all within a short walk.
Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.
As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.

Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne. Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
