Unpleasant odours and poor property maintenance

There's no hot water in the kitchen sink due to the neighbours the property stink of cannabis. Extremely difficult to open windows to get fresh air due to the mouldy smell

All amenities nearby property was lovely for me and my friend.

It was very straight forward and the property manager was really helpful via email and text. Replied back quickly. Shops were nearby for everything you need. Only thing I would say if you can't do stairs this might not be for you. We had a great time made breakfast etc there which meant we could chill. I would recommend taking a travel iron maybe. Towels soaps for general use all provided but I always take my own. Parking at the back of the property. I would rent there again. Thank you to the property manager for making it a nice experience.
