ABOUT OUR HOLIDAY HOME

This detached seaside home boasts beautiful interiors, luxury features and panoramic sea views from each and every room!

Relax in our secluded hot tub or play some pool and watch a movie in our games room complete with large screen TV, wine fridge and popcorn maker.

The property is located 300m from the sea, with outstanding beaches within close walking distance. The village of Downderry is a lovely Cornish community with a beachside pub, restaurant, cafe and village store, and was noted by the Sunday Times in a list of the top 10 "Best Places to Live by the sea".

We also offer a generous welcome hamper, packed with local produce!

*Kitchen* - The chef in your group will love our large kitchen with 6 burner range cooker, large island with marble worktops and American fridge freezer. The large dining table provides the perfect space for leisurely lunches and indulgent dinners!

*Outside space* - We have an American coal BBQ, clay pizza oven and outside dining table to seat 10. There is a hot tub on the top level of the rear garden, boasting panoramic views of the sea, and a heated outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Free parking is available for up to 3 cars.

*Living spaces* - The house has 3 living areas including a lounge, 'library (grown-up living room with desk and ultrafast WiFi for those working remotely) on the middle floor and a games room on the ground floor, complete with cinema screen TV, pool table and popcorn maker!

*Bedrooms* - the house can sleep up to 10 across 4 double bedrooms (3 superking, 1 king) and a pull-out bed in the games room. 2 of the bedrooms are ensuite and can be converted from superkings to twins.
