Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The place was dirty, host blamed the cleaner. One bedroom had no bedding, 2 small towels for 5 people. Filthy and host expected us to stay and when he refused to send out towels and bedding he told us to leave. Stayed for 2 hours trying to resolve the situation and ended up leaving at 1am after a late flight and rude host. VBRO supports host even after sending all whatsapp communication and said they would charge for one night. No taking legal action as host not willing to refund. Spent night in hire car with special needs child and found alternative accommodation. VBRO and Expedia have been useless, so going thru legal channels to get my money back
