It was a nice suite however the floor needs work. And there was a couple small holes in the wall. Amazing location and the staff in the building are wonderful. The picture I added is the view from the balcony.

Area is going, just 10 minutes walking to CN tower. But no seven eleven and The shampoo is also a cheap shampoo, and many panel-shaped curtains are peeling off, and I couldn't sleep because the morning sun was so dazzling. The room is spacious and comfortable, but it is not satisfactory. In addition, the procedure just before the deposit was taken or the key was handed over was very tedile, and I didn't want to arrange it again.

I walked in and the place was in not good shape. The pictures were not the same. My friend walked in and almost fell. The floor was falling apart. The fridge was broken. The glass in bedroom was taped with cardboard and duct tape(grey). We immediately booked our two nights elsewhere. Very disappointed in this place here. I’m still waiting on a refund

Place was absolutely spotless once we got inside, all the bed sheets and linens were flawless and fresh, and view was gorgeous!!! Would definitely book again. The ONLY gripes me and my friend had were Check-in was a bit cumbersome and slow, same with getting my deposit back (which I’m still waiting on), and wifi didn’t work despite instructions. Other than that, our stay was fantastic, safe, and clean. Would recommend to all my friends!

This property is an embarrassment, filthy, doors missing, walls smashed, plumbing issues, and 1 fob for all to use. Absolutely the worst travel experience I have had in many years. Do not book this location.

St Patty's day Hockey trip

The facilities were clean, well kept, and in a perfect location right downtown, close to where we needed to go for the hockey game. The only knock on the place was the timing of the check-in (5:00 pm) was a little late in the day, and no where to site in the lobby of the building to wait, especially for a senior citizen with mobility issues.

Great downtown location. Able to walk to lots of downtown activities. Lots of food and restaurants options directly in the area. Decent accommodations for the price. Easy check in process. Having more towels & facecloths and blankets provided would be nice. Need a better setup for washing dishes- cloths, drying rack

The cleaning was skipping corners. there was still shavings in the crack between the sink and counter that came out when I was using it. It had a big bottle of soap that still had hair under the cap stuck in the soap... They meet you at the building next door and wont come in the building to show you where to go. I think this is no a legal airBnB. Then you just leave the key on the counter and leave the door unlocked when you leave. If someone else walks in and steals or wrecks the place, I can be liable.
