The property is ok ...the room was ok for 300 a night a but pricey since nothing really around...has a moxies on site, we ate there for dinner and it was a 6/10 for me as they had a pretty different menu then my taste would perfer but had the steak frites and it was ok, the servers were nice. All in all i would give 8/10 on my stay. I would give 10 but the t.v was down most of my atay for some reason and one elevator was down which caused delays at somw times when trying to get on an elevator.

This hotel is great BUT The airport shuttle was dreadful! We were told 20 minutes and to wait at post 37. 75 minutes and 3 phone calls later he finally showed up. We were frozen. More than one shuttle van from other hotels stopped while we were waiting and asked us “you have been here a while…who are you waiting for?” After finally getting in a vehicle He was speeding, almost rear ended 2 cars in the rain and had to slam on his breaks more than once. He was constantly on 2 different phones. Immediately after pick up as we were leaving the pick up lane at the airport he drove with out even slowing down through a cross walk WHILE A WOMAN WAS CROSSING. She had to stop! We voiced our complaints to Kathryn (manager) at the hotel and she was terrific. The staff at this hotel are always terrific. She heard our concerns and promised to follow up. We told her we would NOT get into the shuttle back to the airport if it was the same driver. We only had an overnight stay and luckily it was not him. The return driver was great. Sandman is an excellent hotel. The Moxies on site never disappoints but we will never forget that driver and never get into a vehicle with him again.
