The service to get the shuttle to the airport was terrible. I tried over 6 times and the phone just kept ringing. My son was on with corporate and still nothing. Finally a driver for a different hotel called for a driver. The check in was just as slow. One person and she was doing a reservation/cancellation so we had to wait. She said she couldn’t give us an upgrade even though I was diamond status and it was also an option on my booking. Hotel was nice but the walls are thin. I could hear the people in the next room talking.
