The guy that checked us in was amazing but the room was dusty and the heat didn’t work all night (we had a balcony in our room which made it worse). They coffee machines were not clean and one of the towels had make up on it (not ours)

Tv didn’t work, they came up and replaced the remote but you have to stand very close to the tv for the remote to work. The charging plugs near the bed do not work.
