As a frequent guest who always chooses this hotel when transiting through Toronto Airport, I was deeply disappointed by the decline in service and comfort during my recent stay. Service and Breakfast Issues: Despite my loyalty to this property, the service has become increasingly rigid. Knowing that breakfast vouchers are typically provided, I requested them at the front desk, only to be refused by the staff. To make matters worse, I received a satisfaction survey from Hotels.com shortly after, specifically asking about my "breakfast experience"—an ironic reminder of the service I was denied.
