Staff was good ,room was small ,heater was very dirty . Neighborhood was sketchy ,BUT there was a streetcar stop outside so we used that to get around and felt alot better . The grab and go breakfast was fine .

DO NOT BOOK HERE, this area is not a safe location and the staff is completely unreasonable with refunds or any requests. It is like paying to stay in a hostel with homeless people all around doing drugs and fighting, not a safe place to be.

I'm really confused with some of these reviews. I didnt dind this place to be a nice spot for one night. A lot of homeless people all around the building. The room was small and didnt feel clean. I didnt rven want to take a shower.

Just a below average stay. Took a shower in a telephone booth. They made me wait 2 hrs to check in exactly at 3pm. TV wasnt working . Internet was great and hotel was clean
