For the price of a one night stay we were disappointed with the property. Communication was easy however check in and parking was complicated. The room has a smashed mirror, floor boards raised up a few inches, broken curtain for lack of privacy, no toilet paper holder, broken towel rod, the bedroom door didn’t close properly. Location was great for what we wanted but felt the room was very over priced for the quality of the room.

The air conditioning was not working and the temperature inside the unit was 29C or 91F. The AC couldn’t be fixed and their only solution was to offer fans. Ultimately we had to find a new place to stay and sort out a refund.

Short stay.

We just stayed for one night to catch the Blue Jays. Super close to the stadium and Union Station. Nice place. The building certainly takes security seriously. We would stay here again no problem.

The condo is located in a fantastic location, but it was very dirty and desperately needs a renovation. The carpet and blinds look like someone vomitted on them a few months ago and they were stained. The bathroom was in terrible shape as there was hair in the shower and the toilet was broken. The doors and windows don't close properly, so it was very loud. I expected much more for the huge amount of money I spent.

The communication and ease of access was top notch. Entering and leaving the building was also convenient and safe. Two issues with the bathroom. When we arrived there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. We realized it was the sewer line and it seems like the base of the toilet is not sealed properly. I’m not a plumber but the noses found the source and that’s where the smell came from. It would come and go throughout our visit. We sprayed some febreze they had on hand and it helped. The second issue was the shower itself. The water would get super hot while showering for some reason. We turned the spout almost off to get it to cool off with barely enough water pressure to shower. That was also an intermittent issue throughout our stay. Luckily we didn’t get burned by the hot water. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible especially with the shower curtain closed. Add lighting!! All in all we would recommend this place for others because of the view, cleanliness, communication, ease of access and safety.

The unit was not comfortable to stay in. The AC was not working during my two night stay. It was quite humid in Toronto and the unit stated at 26 degrees. When escalating to the property manager, they said they would look into it but no follow through. The hallways in the building were cooler than the apartment. Though the apartment was clean, there were flies in the unit. The elevators in this building were always down (of the three avaliable for low-rise floors, only one was operational). Unfortunately, the property manager didn't do anything to make the stay better or make up for the inconvenience (even after escalating to Expedia's customer service). I would not recommend this unit - better off in a hotel.
