This has been a very suboptimal experience, at best. While the staff were readily responsive, the amount of inconvenience did not make up for it. First of all, the layout of the building was extremely confusing in accordance to finding your room from the parking garage, the lighting in the room is minimal - not ideal for putting make up on. The fobs only work half the time, nor should I have to call for Wi-Fi support as the proposed iD was non-existent, followed by "did you troubleshoot the modem?". Then, during check out, only one elevator was working in the building due to "monthly generator repairs" so my options were "take the stairs" (all the way down to P4 [which you need your fob to get to despite instructed to leave it in the room upon check out] or wait "about 30 minutes" for the next elevator (which was jam packed). Unreal.
