The hotel itself was nice, the staff were fantastic, the rooms were clean, and there were good amenities. The only real issue we had was that only 1 of the 3 elevators was working the whole time we were there. In a 22 story building, it made for long waits and very crowded elevators. However, we were compensated in Marriott Bonvoy points for our inconvenience, so they did try to make up for it.

Room was nice. But couldve been cleaner. The couch was full of crumbs when we set up the bed. Elevators were broken the entire stay except 1. Which took 30 min to either goto room or goto ground floor. Not acceptable with the price we paid for our stay. Breakfast was good tho.

Nice staff. But there was a paper towel with dots of blood in our garbage when we went into our room and the safe was engaged (we had it get facilities to open it)

Great check in staff. Room was very clean and had no issues. breakfast took a while but I'm sure it was because of the high volume of people. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great but the hotel and room looked rather dated. I booked a 1 bedroom suite with a king size bed and double pull out sofa bed. What I got was two double beds. Furthermore, there wasn't enough toilet paper, towels or body wash. Poorly done given by this establishment given they are in the hospitality industry. I would not recommend them.

Very nice location to walk to the Toronto Bluejay games. About 3 blocks away. Lots of restaurants around the area within walking distance. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.
