Great location. Average hotel. Nice that breakfast is included. Pool has steps for entry. Shower water pressure was good. However, there are no extra outlets for charging your phones or devices. Pack an extension cord amd unplug a lamp or two. Also, parking for the day of check out expires at 2pm. Friendly and helpful staff and was quiet.

Stayed here with my family while visiting and we had a fabulous time. Our suite was huge and clean. We were in walking distance from the CN Tower and many other attractions. I'd definitely start there again.

Only 3 towels set for our room of four. The convertible sofa was very difficult to open and the mattress very thin. Only 2 evelators were working, what a nightmare for so many people. Taking outside staircase was a ridiculous joke for everyone.

The property was great, close to Roger’s Stadium, Union Station, CN Tower and the Aquarium. The breakfast included was wonderful, lots of choices. My only concern was the amount of time waiting for the elevators! It sometimes took 10 to 15 minutes with all the guests, particularly at breakfast time

I’m having one elevator. It operational caused wait times of up to 20 minutes some days. There really should be a better layout for the breakfast area as well. It was very congested and lacked order. Also, I requested to have our room serviced and they only came one time. I asked for towels and never received them.
