From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Pravi, whose outstanding service truly set the tone for our stay. Pravi went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of — a true example of hospitality at its best. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on us. The rest of the staff were equally attentive, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or breakfast service, we felt genuinely appreciated and looked after throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is another major highlight. Perfectly situated in downtown Toronto, we were within walking distance of many major attractions, restaurants, and transit options. It made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped — ideal for both short and extended stays. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the well-stocked kitchenette. Great Stay!!! We had adjoining rooms as it was our annual family trip to see a Blue jays game. This was our first time staying at the Residence Inn Marriott and it didn’t disappoint. We liked that it was so central, Rogers Center was only an 8 minute walk away as well as the CN Tower. Everything we wanted to see and do was an easy walk. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast offered a good variety of food.

The rooms are large and provide a lot of space for luggage to stay open, kitchenette to eat light meals, fridge with ice maker, and a very, very comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. While the breakfast was simple and two days were with no bacon, there were enough eggs and other selections that made the breakfast worth having included. Two out of 3 elevators were down for unknown reasons so the wait to get up and down from the room was long. Great neighbourhood if you're going to a Blue Jays' game at the Rogers Centre or are partying in the entertaining district. Lots of dining choices at every price point.
