Strangers came into the unit unannounced and without notice - TWICE! Was woken up one of the days by two people (seemingly a realtor and prospective buyer) IN THE APARTMENT, right outside the bedroom door. Another group was inside the unit the day prior while I was out, as some things were changed in the apartment when I returned. All of my stuff was out during these "visits", including expensive items like my laptop. Luckily nothing was taken but it was completely unacceptable for that to even be in consideration. In addition, while the unit itself is generally nice enough, there are lot of issues. The shower constantly leaks, the microwave is broken, the kitchen sink doesn't work properly, and many of the closet doors are broken as well. Also, the owners are a challenge to communicate with. The check-in does not start until 5:00 PM and there was little communication prior to this, and then the information was also partially incorrect. Similarly, the check-out information was wrong as well. It then took a few days of pestering them in order to get my deposit back. It's a shame because it could be a great place to stay so close to downtown, but I would not recommend staying here.

The staff were easy to contact and always answered the phone when called. I found it confusing to know how to communicate, as I booked through Expedia but the staff would contact me through email/cell phone which made me a bit hesitant. Parking was easy to access and cheaper than what was advertised. The room was very clean, but low stock on items like linen, towels, dishwashing liquid, detergent. Other than these small issues, our stay was very pleasant.

I have stayed at Suites, where communication with guests are done through texts and emails as there is no front desk. This place is strictly through emails and not text. You get an email where you need to click a hyperlink in order to register for the room. Further down in the email you have to click on another hyperlink to pay for the room. Further down from that you get a third hyperlink where you have to pay for a security deposit. Then, at some point, you need to send a screenshot of your payment to them to assure them that you have done so but you only read this after you have left the payment screen and cannot send the screenshot. Then you have to wait for yet again for an email where you get some code to go into a hallway that is filled with dozens and dozens of lockboxes to get your key. The housekeeping crew had taken the bath towels and sheets from the previous renter and put them in the dryer, and it was still running when I walked into the suite. I had to take the sheets out and put the towels back in as they were still wet as they were all lumped into the dryer altogether. Then I got a parking ticket from the parking garage underneath where I was parked for a very short time before heading back down to my car to get my bags. Then the fire alarm went off at 1 AM… It was a false alarm thank God, but then they felt they had to announce that over the loudspeakers. Then there were people outside in the hallway, getting ready to go and party and yelling.

So access to the elevators and the lock box needs to be better organized parking also sinage needs to be better the place unit itself i couldnot have asked for a more perfect spot .Dealing in customer service at the building itself was Difficult as people dont understand English very well. No disrespect to them but when things are not smooth right from parking its difficult and frustrating when people cant communicate .

The place was nice, good location too. Communicatiin was lacking about check in but easy to reach once i had arrived. It would have been nice to have instuctons prior to arrival. My recent stay at RA Suites Eaton Center was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything, including the Eaton Centre. The suite was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really made my experience special was the outstanding service. Poor quality unit and complet mess to find the lockbox for the Keys. Got 6 keys, but only one lock the unit. Found wet bedsheet and towel in the drying machine. Found wet towel in the washing machine. The person at the entrance of the building doesn’t care of you. Not better at the service desk at the fifth floor

Not great customer service, I arrived a day late due to an airplane crash at Toronto airport and they airport closed therefore I then had to be diverted to Montreal. They property wouldn’t even offer any compensation, even a partial refund or an extra, I get it was unusual circumstances but I also had to keep messaging them as I had no response. Also there is no luggage storage in the property, as my flight was in the evening, for late check out I had to pay $70 just so I could store my luggage at the property. So please be aware of this as this isn’t something I was aware of.
