Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodations. The 3-bed 2-bath suite was perfect for our crew of 2 adults and 3 kids.Suite was clean. The view from floor 22 was excellent (corner suite faced north & east). Customer service and 24hr building concierge is reliable - when our flight got cancelled and we had to reschedule our check-in for 12:30am, it was easy to reach a live person to sort that out. Minor gripes we had were that the bathroom fans were constantly running and couldn’t be turned off, some electrical outlets didn’t work, and there was no microwave so food can only be cooked or reheated on the stovetop or oven (the oven wasn’t that clean and there’s no bakeware provided). No wash/face cloths, bar/body soap or hair conditioner was provided so plan for that when packing. The tv remote was also not working but I happen to have the same tv at home (TCL) so I knew it was probably an issue with the remote. If you download the Roku app/remote on your phone, it should work (it did for me). Those issues weren’t deal breakers for us and I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again if I were planning another trip to TO. The location is perfect. Roger’s stadium, Ripley’s aquarium and the CN tower are literally across the street. Starbucks is just beside the main entrance and there’s plenty of restaurants nearby. Union Station is within walking distance. Uber is convenient. For groceries or personal items, there’s a Metro and Dollarama within a kilometer of the building.

The condo was absolutely stunning. It was in great walking distance to where me and my friends needed to go. Side note is that, one of the bedroom doors did not close as it was broken and the bathtub in that room did not fill up as there was no plug for it. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would go again.

Convenient location, but many issues to get in.

The location is excellent, less than 50 m from the Metro Convention Centre, but there are several issues. The Hotels.com web site shows the check-in time is 4 pm, but they insisted that I need to pay an early check-in if I would like to get into the property at 4 pm. I telephoned Hotels.com to solve the problem. They property also asked a damage deposit, which was not mentioned in the Hotels.com web site. They requested government-issued ID. I uploaded the jpg files of my ID three times. I kept receiving that they did not get the information. Finally, I telephoned and got the email address of the person.

Great location for the price, space and amenities available, quick and clear communication, easy check in. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had a good amount of parts to stay for a couple of days. Shower only had lukewarm water and could not turn off the bathroom fan that was a bit loud, plus half the window blinds were missing which made it a bit hard to sleep!

Not so Sweet suite! 1. Check-in a nightmare! Over 2 hrs. Poor communication 2. Shower head continuously pouring out water, not just a trickle. Unsafe to use. 3. Resulting water damage on bathroom ceiling and out the door with yellow stains on ceiling and walls. 4. Large piece of glass in kitchen sink. Lucky no one was cut. 5. Bathroom soap dispenser falling apart. 6. Microwave door would not close. Unable to use. 7. No instructions for TV. Unable to use. 8. Metal frame fell off hallway light fixture, possibly due to condensation from bathroom 9. Multiple slats off vertical blinds. 10. Stains on sofa and chaise Photos available. Should not be on Expedia site. No follow-up on problems after rental agency notified. The only positive about this unit is the location!

The room was renovated and decorated very well. It was extremely clean. The coffee was also appreciated. The kitchenware was stocked very well as were the bathroom toiletries. The beds were also comfortable. Suggest: - a shoe mat at the entrance - provide two FOBS/Keys - towel racks and some hooks in the bathroom/bedroom - additional hangars in the closets …otherwise it’s an excellent suite

The area was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful. As for the rooms they were very cute but the cleanliness and maintenance needed some work. There was mold in the shower, stains on the couch, bathroom door didn’t close or lock, shower leaked, microwave didn’t work, and there was garbage under the bed. Over all we did have a great stay and a wonderful time!

I like the feel of the hotel. I didn’t feel like I was sleeping in a hotel, felt more like staying at a friends house. Only thing I didn’t like was how confusing it was to check in. Took an hour and a bunch of phone calls to finally check in. Front desk kept saying they didn’t have me booked and that I had to contact my my host and I had no idea who my host was or that I even had a host, front desk wouldn’t help me with anything but kept saying I need to contact my host and it’s not there problem

The property and staff were wonderful. The host company - the bay suites- did not provide a set of keys for us at check in. I was told the previous guests did not turn them over at their checkout. After traveling 25 hours for the Eras tour, we (2 adults 2 17 year olds) didn’t have a place to sleep for the night. The host company found another location for us to stay the night & it was absolutely tiny for 4 people - 1 full bed and a futon, then I had rented and PAID for a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. I was I informed they would not be reducing the amount I paid. Later that night they messaged me letting me know that there would be keys available the next day. At 12:15 I was notified the the condo was ready. We moved the car & all of our belongings for there to still not be a set of keys. I asked for confirmation that the keys were at the concierge's desk. They told me yes but they were not there. I was told we could check into the unit without the keys as the previous guest left it unlocked which I was not comfortable with at all. At this point I made a nonrefundable reservation at a different hotel that was a 1 bed & couch room because we needed a place to sleep after the concert & there was limited availability in the area. When we were about to park at the new hotel, I received a message & call that the keys were in fact at the desk now. By the time we were able to gets to the condo it was 22 hours past the original check in time & checking out the next day. A nightmare.
