Stayed one night and a fight of some sort broke out in the hallway causing a disturbance and police to be called, which caused us to get zero rest then the front desk calls right at 10am to check out or there will be extra charges to the room. Poor hospitality and never again. They don’t even deserve one star

The staff wasn’t the nicest and the carpet inside the room was dirty. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Toronto.

The elevators do not have sensor and close very quickly. They shut off on you. My son got almost caught in the doors. In one instance, I asked him to get out quickly and he did. I myself dis not have enough time to get out before the elevator doors closed and the elevator left. My son was standing on the floor he was left on ALONE. I pushed the button quickly and returned to where he was. Thank goodness he was still there. What could have happen to him??? This is a GUGE SAFETY ISSUE that needs to be addressed quickly.

The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked when I opened the drapes The window ledges were not dusted for a long time. As I mentioned before there was mold in the shower stall. There was no shampoo, but when I asked for shampoo at the front desk, it was delivered promptly. The breakfast was perfect. Thank you for that. You have to address the moldy shower stall and the dusty window ledges. Plus, there was long hair on the not very clean carpet. With the exception of the shower, the dusty windows and the long hair on the not very clean carpet, my stay was not unreasonable. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful in every way, so I am convinced these issues will be addressed. Thank you

Fair enough.

The cleanliness of the toilet in particular indicated it had been used for number two, either after being cleaned or perhaps by the cleaner themself. I HAVE to believe it hadn't been left that way from a prior guest. We arrived at 12:30 am, I had no heart or energy to complain so I wiped it myself and moved on. Otherwise just fine. Brekkie was good, thank you. Pillows were pretty beat honestly, but I know I didn't pay for 5 star. Good enough thank you.
