A group of guest arrived late at night making lots of noise which woke me up as well as my children. They were vey loud.

Generally, the hotel was fine. Staff were great. Our room was on the 3rd floor above the bar. Unfortunately, bass music pounded until 10 pm causing our floor to vibrate which ruined our evening - staff were unable to address, but did apologize. It was quiet otherwise.

My son and I stayed here to be close to Canada's Wonderland and Vaughan Mills shopping mall. It was an excellent hotel, clean, staff was friendly and rooms were very nice. My only negative thing would be the black out curtain. We didnt tealize until we were ready for bed that we could not shut it. It didnt even have a track to be able to close it. We were able to get to sleep by turning the other way, but woke up at 6:30am, due to the sun. It's not the worst thing, but I definitely would have preferred to sleep a bit longer. Bring an eye mask. Hopefully this gets changed.
