Expedia and property were not in alignment so check in took a very long time and the. I was charged twice with a promise of resolution at check out - meaning spending time also at the desk to check out after prepaying weeks in advance. Sloppy on both the property and Expedia. Desk clerk was very apologetic and worked hard to resolve issue which needed to wait till morning and manager.

The property is in a very industrial area, but still in close proximity to the airport without the overhead noises. Everything was very clean and organized and the front desk staff was helpful and efficient.

Nice hotel , decent rooms great for traveling with a family. Says luxury hotel but only a shared microwave on first floor which isnt convient for family stays. Beds were comfy. Sadly no way to open window for fresh air. Lead to me waking up really congested. Small pool but no hot tub Nice hotel but not luxury accomidations by any means. Great tenative service which we did appreciate. Relaxed atmosphere , fairly sound proof room ans comfortable beds. Tv was a bit glitchy remove had some issues.
