It was a decent price point however in the bathroom, there was a spider and a silver fish. The cream by the coffee maker had gone bad and there was only two sugar packets. These things should be checked regularly and stocked appropriately. I did not like the pillows. Overall, the room did not feel well maintained. The one staff person we dealt with seemed easily annoyed when I got confused about the total room charge. I likely would not stay here again.

Rooms and hotel appear to have been renovated in the past few years. Beds were very comfortable, room was very spacious. Breakfast was very good for a buffet, and was only $15.99 per person which is extremely reasonable nowadays. Would stay at this hotel again if ever in the area.

Visitor Restriction during OPA

We booked this hotel based on location because we had an event at the hall next door (Pearson Convention Center). However, we were not informed that visitors would not be welcome during our stay due to the nature of the event. Had this of been communicated by the hotel in advance we would not have booked our stay at this property. Due to the lack of sharing important information our stay at this hotel was very poor and disappointing. Would not recommend staying here if you plan on going to OPA in the future. The heating/cooling system also did not work in the room causing discomfort during the night.
