Overall, the property was nice and in a great location. We could walk anywhere and easily use the public transportation. However, the bed was uncomfortable and the sofa bed was even worse. We also couldn’t find any extra comforters for the sofa bed. Aside from the bathroom, the flooring really needs to be updated.

If you need anything changed or modified then too bad. After booking the wrong dates by mistake they were very very unwilling to make any changes or modifications. Very bad customer service so double check everything before you book or get insurance otherwise you're kinda screwd unfortunately :/

This was a fabulous location for TO! Convenient parking availability, close to the Roger’s centre, CN Tower and Ripleys Aquarium. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to experience downtown Toronto.

Nice location

Nice apartment and excellent view and location very close to CN tower. Rooftop pool! Nice amenities. Reasonable parking fee $25/night. Some points to improve. Bathroom doors need fixing. Inside door lock needs to be adjusted and although the room was fairly clean, the apartment could use a fresh coat of paint and windows to be cleaned . Overall great stay. Would return.

As a family of 4, 3 adults and a 17 year old, this was a good option instead of a hotel room. We paid the same for 9 nights here, which is what we’d have paid for a good 4 star hotel in July. In the best location, our balcony had a view of the CN Tower and pool. Positives: location, great air con, security guards, size of property and general kitchen amenities. Could do better: only 1 key but luckily we did everything together. But you need the key to get to the pool so that proved tricky! Beds need refreshing as we could feel the bed springs so it was painful after a week! The apartment needs some TLC - new pans and bowls and plates as they are old. The bedding is also very old… and pool towels are not provided. No late check out available, nor suitcase storage after check out which was super disappointing and crucially, no safe in the apartment! Sorry but that’s a must for us. We had a great time as the weather was fabulous and we used the kitchen as we went to Walmart and got groceries. A good alternate to a hotel, but if it had been just me and my hubby, we’d do a nice hotel instead. One final thing is there is CONSTRUCTION going on in the apartment block so expect yo be woken up at 8am with constant drilling - which feels like it’s in your room!! Not a gr8 start to the day!!!

You can’t beat the location. The building itself is very nice. The cleanliness of the apartment was questionable. There were hairs in the beds and the floors were dirty. Luckily I brought my own sheets. The patio windows look like they’re haven’t been cleaned in awhile. There was an issue with laundry soap spilled throughout the closet when we arrived, but they responded quickly to that and sent someone to clean it up. The view of the city was great and a 3 bedroom apartment in that location was definitely cheaper than renting 2 hotel rooms. If you don’t mind the wear and tear and cleanliness issues, it’s a great spot.

The property in downtown Toronto was in a great location in that there was a grocery store less than a block away, it was within walking distance of good restaurants, the Princess of Wales Theatre, the CN Tower, and miscellaneous shopping and sightseeing. The building was was clean, staffed by security at a front desk, and other tenants were considerate. The apartment was as advertised and very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a few more dried spices in stock but what was included was appreciated nonetheless. The lock box proved challenging to find but, in retrospect, the instructions emailed to me were precise, with one exception. We were not previously familiar with lock boxes, especially in this scenario. I’ll blame it on being tired and slightly disoriented from travel but I failed to recognize that I needed to pull the box apart (to find the key inside) after entering the code. Instead, I tried to actually remove the lock box from the pole after inputting the code. Not sure what I was expecting to happen afterward if I had been able to remove the box from the pole. It sounds silly now. However, adding that single, albeit obvious, line to the instructions (especially for the uninitiated) would have been extremely helpful sooner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.
