Stayed for a long weekend. The staff, meals and atmosphere were great. Had to park and stay, they helped me get to the airport, also just a short walk over. I felt safe leaving my vehicle onsite for the week.

Shuttle was efficient and the restaurant had good food. Room with 2 beds was very small! Literally a walk space between the beds and enough space to open a suitcase at the bottom of one bed - that’s it! Room is dated, needs some fresh paint and bathroom was tiny! I think the door opening was closet size 20” if that and barely enough room to turn around in there. Only there to sleep between flights thankfully or I would have gone elsewhere. Disappointed for the establishment accommodations.

Booked through Expedia due to airline delays at 2am. All area hotels booked, but this property was open for the day I was booking at 2am. At check in, myself and one other man were informed that check in was 3pm, so the desperate few hours I needed of sleep would not be possible. I advised the reception to cancel my booking and they advised it had to ge done through Expedia. I tried a few times on my way downtown to sleep, but the app didn’t close the booking. I then travelled the whole next day and upon arriving home I noticed my hotel still wasn’t canceled. I phone Expedia, then they phone the hotel and was advised that it was too late to cancel and I had to pay for the room while I wasn’t even in the city. No note on my file as to what happened. I am a frequent traveller and a member of their club, and will consider further escalation if I can’t resolve it.

Of all the rooms in this large hotel they put myself and my daughter in a room right beside the elevator. That elevator noise was going on all night. Not the best room for someone’s first time staying there.
