This was one of the nicest hotels I've been in. I will definitely be back, the pool and hot tub were very nice, the room was clean and the beds were nice. 10/10 service. 10/10 cleanliness. 10/10 facilities. Everything other than the price at their bar was nice. 5 drinks for almost 100$.

Stayed here to be close to the convention centre, was convenient for that reason. Used the paid parking and ate at the restaurant. Had problems with the noise as the AC was running and extremely loud throughout the day.

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Our room was SO noisy between the in room ac unit and the shower water pressure. When the neighbouring room showere at 4am I thoight there was a massive storm ⅜⁷ Shuttle service was disappointing especially at busy time. There was 30+ people waiting on 1 van shuttle. We ended up walking to the terminal (3) and taking the skytrain to the other terminal. It wasnt ideal with an infant.

Airport hotels with weary travelers: do better

My daughter arrived at 1am, called the shuttle, and the shuttle driver was sent but just idled in the center lane and then left without getting out to call for passengers. When he returned, he blamed her for not stepping into traffic to hail him. Then a fire alarm bounced her out of bed at 10am. Airport hotels with weary travelers need to do better.
