Hotel was surprisingly quiet. Room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Indoor tunnel connected to Union station is a big plus in a cold Canadian winter day. Breakfast selection was average and the price expensive. Otherwise an enjoyable stay with family.

Shib, manager of Duty to Char. His staff took advantage of our tables order. The bartender overcharged us for drinks we did not order. I reached out to the hotel and Shib. The way a manager treats a customer is a reflection of how they treat the company they work for. Anyone can get a degree in hotel management. That does not make you a good manager! When you steal money and fabricate bills that makes you a criminal. I'm 100% disappointed and disrespected with the Delta and their management.

Check in was easy and quick, staff even asked about the hockey game to see if we were going, which we were, and let us know that there was an inside walkway straight to the game from the hotel! Much better because of the winter storm.Room was super clean and bar f idge was perfect for pre game drinks!
