The front desk agent who assisted me was very nice, and she even got me a room before the check-in time. However, I was disappointed with the room itself. The room was huge, but it is outdated and there is no proper soundproofing. There was a 1cm gap underneath the main door which makes it easy to hear everything from the hallway. You can literally see the shoes of people walking by from the bed as well. Lastly, there’s this musty smell. I was only staying for a night and was terribly tired, so I didn’t bother requesting to change rooms. This would not be in any of my options when I go back to Toronto in the future.

Nice to have Starbucks on site and airport shuttle was a bonus as well. Staff at front desk didn’t make you feel welcome. Just checked you in and gave you keep to your room. Never provided any further information about the hotel, not even the wifi password. I am a gold elite member and never offered any assistance when my flight was delayed 6 hours to provide a later check out. Saying they were completely booked. I offered to pay for an extra night but was told I have to be out no later than 1 pm. Went online and found availability at the hotel for $364 a night. I booked another night at another Marriott hotel nearby. Who were very accommodating. I won’t be coming back to this Delta Marriott Airport Hotel at 655 Dixon Rd. Very disappointed
