Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Lots of food options around the area and close to the airport. Only thing that sucked was the fire alarm went off at 9 in the morning and we had to evacuate the premises, which is the not the first time this has happened when i stayed at the property. Parking is expensive as well. Overall its okay but nothing spectacular.

Probably one of the most unclean hotels I’ve ever been with. I would have listened to the if it’s too good of a price it might be because of a reason. I got drawn in for the Marriott name but man do you get shocked going in. I killed 2 cockroaches during my one night stay that I forcibly had to as its was 1 AM. The day after I requested a refund but even if they did not give it to me I would have left there is no way you can put me in such an unclean environment with the sheets having stains, bath towels not smelling the best. I could say the only good things was the people at the front which were friendly and tried to accommodate by moving rooms. The problem is with the management that lets this get that bad. I do not I REPEAT DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Most of the staff was great and extremely helpful. If anything ever came about near the conference center again I would book there again.

Lovely hotel

Didn't have any food bed was super comfy Internet good access was fantastic transportation was very good to and from the airport staff was excellent facility was good the kids enjoy the hot tub and pool with was a bonus to keep them entertained the lobby was amazing the veiw from the room was fantastic

Comfy, convenient and clean

Good choice of breakfast items, included in the price. On the flight path but don't notice it much especially at night. There were comfy beds and a fridge in the room, an ice machine down the hall and extra bottlea of water provided during the very hot weather. Very convenient location, we chose to get an uber into toronto, then hired a car from the onsite GForce rental.

When entering my room. There was a water bottle that was 3 quarters drank. When I went to the bathroom there was pee in the toilet. There was a bar of soap left with hair on it. Clearly some staff member was using this room before it was given to me. SO GROSS!!!!
