Almost perfect stay when we arrive front desk lady was super accommodation she browse us all that needed to know th at include in our stay. Room was clean and spacious. just some mis communication. Our stay have free voucher for starbuck inside the hotel. Staff who assits us was not too accommodating. They even talking in front of us how inconvience that there's too many free voucher hotel giving away. That noone told them about it. As well as the front desk when we left i told him that i want to know how to disposed my cat litter cause were not going to bring it on the plane. He even said "how he will know he doesnt own cat/kitten. And how we usually disposed it in the garbage right?". Which i only want to clarify it so we wont just leaving my kitty litter that makes the housekeeper hard to deal with.

The room was very dirty, tub not cleaned, sheets had stains and hair. Front desk provided a room change. But that night, anothers guest's hotel room was broken into and police were called.

The room was dirty as the beddings had dirt and dust on it. The roof in the room was hanging poorly. The bathtub was dirty like someone just used the shower and the floors were craked and the room smelt musty
