Felt like the rooms were underwhelming compared to pictures and vibe the hotel gives off online. A lot of really out of date decor (yellow electrical covers and switches from the 70s/80s, wallpaper). The windows were nowhere near sound proof and we had to call to be changed rooms because the air traffic sounded like we were on the runway. Have stayed at many airport hotels in our time but the noise was unreasonable. Bathroom doors were all chipped as were the floors and the tub surround (also out of date) in both rooms. Our first room smelled like really old carpets (likely from the really old carpets). Our room once we asked to change was significantly better. Amenities of the hotel (lot 41 restaurant, Starbucks, pool etc.) were nice to have. Beds were comfortable and clean. Would probably try somewhere else next time.

This property is in need of some refreshment. Carpets, entry doors, washrooms, simple amenities. Washroom lacked hooks for towel hanging, no extendable makeup mirror, floor tiles were chipped and cracked, shelving in bathroom was dusty and not assembled,room furniture was old and dusty with no sense of real placement. Chair was pushed in front floor length mirror with a large lamp because there was no room for it elsewhere. Noise was overwhelming from planes going overhead. Staff was pleasant and helpful at the desk and bar.

Staff at reception and restaurant, Lot 41, were awesome, except for cook, had to ask for fresh sweet potatoe fries and the next order came over cooked and cold, but the server and manager in were very nice. Room needs some work, shower head needs to be replaced

The property and staff were great. The airplane noise made it difficult to relax, but there isn’t much that can be done about that. All in all, would stay there again for events and conferences.
