Room was booked for my in-laws. They arrived on a later flight but found the shuttle easy and check in was very good despite having issues with their credit cards. Staff was very accommodating. Room was clean and as pictured. Breakfast was great and staff even packed an early to go breakfast as they had to leave early in the morning.

The room finishing was not good at all. Chipped paint. Ceiling paint had hair stuck on it. The second bed was right at the vent, everytime it cut on it would make so much noise and air would just blow right on the person/bed. I dont think the AC/vent unit was installed properly cause there was cold air sipping right through the cracks making the room cold. This is just a preference but the room had no carpet around the bed area so the floors were cold since we stayed during the winter time (dec). The cold floors were made worse by the cold air coming from the small cracks around the ac/vent unit. Poor job done installing fixtures around the hallway (eg lights). The hotels looks nice on a quick glance/online but looking closer the details were just disappointing.

The room was nice, and the hotel was good. I was only disappointed by the fact that i paid for protection but when i called to.ask for adjustment and extension i was denied . Even aftwr mention the emergency i was in.

No notice given about the parking lot being blocked for construction. No notices listed outside about how to find a parking spot and get into the building safely and easily. That all happens once you get to the desk. A bit difficult to know what to do when entering the parking lot when the information is inside the building. I had to phone the hotel number to find out what to do. Handicapped parking is almost nil right now. Also a problem.

The hotel is beautiful- but we waited 30 minutes to check in- the remote to our room wasn't working so we called someone who fixed it right away. The carpet in the hallways wasn't well vacuumed- prob because our room was right next to the closet-

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, which made resting after long days extremely pleasant. The staff was consistently courteous, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The amenities were excellent, and everything was well maintained throughout the property. I especially appreciated the calm atmosphere, the convenient airport location, and the overall organization of the hotel. Without a doubt, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto and would gladly stay here again in the future

Hard to get ahold of someone. When you do speak to someone, they are unhelpful. Hotel were to call me back and never did. Spoke with someone at the hotel who assured that parking would be covered due to my 5 night stay. Construction happening at 6am. Fire alarm going off at around 1am with no explanation. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE.
