The accommodations were satisfactory

Beds were soft and comfortable. If you are sensative to smell you may want to bring a neutralizer. AC feeds from outside and the air is not always "fresh". Room felt damp. Maybe the carpets were cleaned recently? The air conditioner was cold but failed to take out any of the humidity. Refrigerator did not have freezer portion. Toilet in room 116 loud clank when you sit. (reported) Very limited space in breakfast area. Two picnic tables under overhang is nice. Chairs would be more comfortable to people watch or relax outside.

Pros- Next door to the Blue Gate PAC. Easy in and out parking. Cons- Like many free breakfasts it is not the healthiest.

Interrupted sleep

The room was clean and comfortable. Its a little out dated, but well maintained. We were put in room 204, and all throughout our stay there was noise, every 20-45 seconds, from a faulty condensation pump. It interrupted our sleep several times that night and made it hard to get to sleep. We pointed it out to the front desk in the morning and he confirmed the pump was in need of repair. My husband asked why they would put people in that room if they were aware of the noise, and he had nothing to say. So, if you stay here, do not stay in room 204.

Air conditioner was loud and seemed to make the room very damp. Not a queen size bed. Recliner in the room was stained and appeared broken. Questioned the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Adequate complimentary breakfast. Convenient location, but not worth it.

The building was fine, the rooms were quite nice and clean and well prepped. Check-in was very easy and we love the fact that we had a first floor that we didn’t have to climb steps too. However the parking lot could use a bit of work. This would be the only thing that I would consider slightly deficient

The location is perfect right in the heart of Shipshewana. Its located right next to the Bluegate theater which is great if you're attending one of the many great live shows they have. The hot breakfast was good, not great. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It's is a great choice at the price its at.

Nice. But could use some touch’s of customer awa!

Room was dated but comfortable, chairs needed to be more comfortable and leisurely! Food was provided if you like scrambled eggs, one day with cheese and one day without! Bacon was very limp, could have been cooked a little more, same with the sausage links. Need either individual syrup packs or more than (1) one syrup dispenser ! for the diners not just one sugar free and one regular!! The desk was very friendly and helpful to try to keep the customers happy!!

It smelled fresh and clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a lazyboy chair in the room ! So nice. We've stayed here before and it is so convenient to all the shops and shows. The breakfast was great, lots of variety.
