My stay was good eith the exception of my TV did not come on in the room. I contacted the front desk about this and they said they would send someone to fox the issue. I waithed aehile but needed to lesve. I went to the front desk to ask ehy no one came to fix the issue. They said they thought someone had addressed it. The TV was on when i returned but when i tried to turn it on the nect morning i had the same issue. There was only one of the main elevators working. This caused an issue with getting downstairs. My daughter and i had to walk down 9 flights of stairs to get to breakfast. I have knee issues and receive injections in my knees and am doing physical therapy for my knees so this was very painful. The wsit time was 30 to 45 minutes for the elevator to get one thst was not already full. On my way back up i hsd to wait awhile and when i got on it stopped on the 4th floor and two ladies got on with a luggage cart and additional bags because they had been waiting on the elevator. We were going up but they said they would ride up to go down. Thus caused an issue because when we arrived on the 9th flooe i had an issue getting off and one of the other people on the elevator an older man tripped and al.ost fell trying to let me off and was hit by the door. I explained these issues to the lady at the front desk as i was checking out and she just said sorry. This is not good customer service.
