Overall at first glance it does feel clean, but the rooms are infested with bed bugs… gross. We left to a different hotel.

Property was not as described. No cars in parking lot when all other hotels were booked should have been a clue. Didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood. Also the indoor pool had been broken down for a while and was main reason for staying. So we cancelled our reservation

We checked into one room and found that the carpet was all wet from a leaking A/C. During the few minutes we were there, I noticed that the bathroom was not very clean. We were switched to another room and there, the bathroom light did not work at all and the outlet at the sink - where you plug in the coffee maker, blow dryer, etc. - did not work. We used the bathroom in the dark and called it a day as it was very late. The staff was very sweet and helpful, but neither of those rooms should have been available for guests.

Terrible Hotel! Room reeked of smoke so bad that it was causing headaches, the tv wouldn't work, and the pool was closed. Along with the terrible customer service, and the fact that we left and cancelled the reservation, they wouldn't give us a refund!

Miserable stay!

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my entire life. Run down, dirty, broken fixtures, A/C leaked water, resulting in the room smelling like mold, and the bed had no comforter, just a sheet and a dust cover.

I booked on Expedia and received a receipt & confirmation, but the hotel did not have the reservation. Not sure what the issue was but we ended up going elsewhere and are now trying to get reimbursed for room cost. Also, parking is very limited here so be aware if you have an RV or trailer. Otherwise, the lobby was clean and the staff were nice & tried to help.
