Set over 2 acres of manicured gardens, Bunya Bunya Estate is a six-bedroom historical homestead perched high on Glenvale, and within 10 minutes to Toowoomba CBD. As soon as you drive up the paved driveway, you will be transported to a different world, replete with tranquillity and the sounds of birds chirping. You will first be greeted by the 200-year-old Bunya Nut tree. Inside is a tastefully renovated historic homestead with luxury furnishings throughout, an oversized deck and a tennis court.
MAX occupancy of 12 adults + 2 infants in cots. You MUST bring your own porta cot for infants.
The Tennis court is fully fenced and child/dog proof. All six bedrooms have king beds and luxury bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room boasts a wall hung 75 inches Smart TV, and at the rear is a second living/den. Also features a kitchenette with a second full-sized fridge in the sixth bedroom, ideal for those seeking privacy from others. Plenty of areas to hang out, or have a picnic on the grounds overlooking the valley and the rolling hills. The property also has a fish pond with 25 live Koi and goldfish, so please keep dogs/pets away. Has an ancient Bunya nut and Fig tree to bask under while reading a book. Feels far away from everything yet 10 minutes to the CBD.
