Noise on corridors, and rooms, music booming

Noise on the corridors until 4am. Booming music. Complained and it stopped 30 minutes later. Started again. Two nights in a row.

Friendly staff. The room was much bigger and had more amenities than I expected. The halway was too dark for me, but that is a personal preference. I had a hard time finding the parking in the back, but it was late and quite foggy.

Comfortable stay

Nice clean hotel in the centre of Geel close to bars and restaurants. Comfortable room with good bathroom and shower. Nice bright breakfast area with plenty of choice of food. Would recommend.

Great WiFi, A/C and refrigerator. Wonderful people, providing curteous, friendly and professional service, including the owner Corbie. Very nice breakfast spread, including very tasty freshly squeezed orange juice and a nice selection of premium coffees. Boiled and scrambled eggs only. Breakfast would have been better with made to order omlettes. The hotel I’d located right next to a lot of wonderful restaurants, a grocery store etc. The plaza is also very nice. The elevator was not working the 3 weeks I was there, had to lug my bags up and down. The chairs in the room was uncomfortable; the table too small. The couch was torn in several places. The beds were OK, but need upgrades. The tub is very narrow and the floor used to get very wet after each shower making it a potential slip hazard.

Disappointing

The hotel was disappointing. The bathroom wall consistented of mostly clear glass which anyone in the bedroom area could clearly see through into the bathroom. There was no lobby area available or lounge/bar area. The car parking was extremely limited and parking was an issue. The hotel staff was courteous and tried to be helpful, but the facility limited their helpfulness. The breakfast was very limited in the selection of food items offered.
