Summary: Spacious one bedroom unit located in the heart of Tomah near all the best shopping and dining. This property has close proximity to I-90, the Tomah VA Hospital, and 15 minutes from Fort McCoy. Updated space with new flooring and stylish furnishings. This location is at the end of the building on a quiet street. A great space to stop while passing through or spend an extended period.
The Space: Fully furnished one bedroom with private entrance. All areas in the unit are accessible to the tenant including closets and full bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen including: silverware, dishware, drip coffee maker (coffee not provided - guests are responsible for bringing their own coffee), toaster, basic pots and pans, basic cooking utensils, and glassware. WIFI throughout the whole unit with Smart TVS. Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities on the lower, backside of the building. Laundry is coin operated and open 24-7 to guests. The property is located near local parks and is connected to everything in the area via sidewalks.
Guest Access: Guests will be sent a code 1-2 days prior to their stay as there is a smart lock on the main entrance to the home. Instructions on how to enter will be sent 1 day before arrival to your email.

Nice, but a lot of work.
The check-in process was a bit of a job. Many emails back and forth with codes and instructions, which are given the day of arrival and the day before. The accommodations were average, nothing special, but cheap.

Perfect little place to stay!
It was a girls weekend getaway and this was a perfect place to stay! The bed was super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. It was a streamlined process from start of booking to packing up to leave. We would love to stay here again in the future!

We were very pleased with our accommodations. We were also very happy with the office team. We had trouble with the WiFi and the tv. They were very responsive and timely. I would stay at these apartments again for sure. The apartments are conveniently located in Tomah.
We liked the fact that their was a coffee pot, filters and coffee for us to use. We would have liked a table with chairs, but used the coffee table and couch.
We didn't like that we couldn't get the TV to work using the instructions. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

This apartment is cute and cozy!
Just one suggestion for the manager regarding the bed position in the bedroom, move the bed to be against the window wall in the bedroom or turn it to be with the head off the bed against the living room wall. Breaking a toe because it got stubbed in the edge of the bedframe by the closet really puts a damper on a great weekend.
It's an excellent way to support veterans in tomah. However the code wasn't supplied and we had to chase it down which was a little frustrating. The apartment was well cared for and everything we needed was there.

What to do when you miss check out time?
I missed my check out time by 4 hours. I thought I was checking out the next day, but received a voice message from the property manager that my items would be moved to the manager's office for pick up so they could clean the property for the next renter. When I came to retrieve my items, I was told that perishable items left in the refrigerator and freezer were thrown out. HOWEVER, other items not in this category were also NOT returned-cleaning supplies, Paper products, sealed water bottles, soda, granola and muffin boxes, estimated about $50.00 worth of products. Why would these items not be returned to me?
