It was ok , tcomplaint would be the continental breakfast. We are use to holiday inn breakfast which is a great selection. This was our first stay at a comfort inn and the breakfast was definitely nothing. We would go down for breakfast and there was maybe 3 bagels and 2 yogurts . No machine for juice etc., no eggs nothing very disappointing but we know now not to count on free continental breakfast. The rooms were ok could’ve been cleaner again not use to staying in a comfort inn but it did the job to sleep. I don’t know if I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly so definitely a 10 on that !!

More than one trip is too many!

Property and rooms very clean. Front Desk personnel very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast area really clean and personnel very friendly and helpful. Did not have a luggage cart and had to make several trips to the car and back to get our things into the room and had to repeat the process when checking out. In town for a bowling tournament and between equipment and luggage had to make four trips each time.

Something needs to be done... we booked this hotel because it has a pool and I have kids. Well we came down to use the pool and it is closed by management. No eta for when it will be back up and running. While we were down (not swimming) we got locked out of our room because the door lock stopped working. So now we are sitting in the lobby in our swimming suits with no access to our room.
