This is my 4th stay to WPU Shinjuku since Mar 2024. Clean, nice staff, location are the reasons, super value for money. The only cons is just one escalator from G/F to lobby…as a solo traveler, when you are going to check in, either you leave your luggage in the street, walking upstairs to ask for changing escalator direction; or carry the luggage with you walking upstairs. It will be great if hotel provide a scale for putting the luggage instead of a lifting one. Anyway I definitely will stay again and again at WPU.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. They were helpful at every turn. The room itself was on the smaller side (as is expected in Shinjuku) but had everything needed. All the amenities were lovely and the location of the hotel is central and walkable. Would come and stay here again!

The hotel truly beyond my expectation. The room and the bed is not too small compare to other central hotel, it so close to the shopping and dining in Shinjuku, but it is still a distant from the noisy area. To me, it is a perfect balance.

Really enjoyed our stay. Good quality products including MALIN+GOETZ bath products. All the basics you might need provided at the front (face cleansers, toothbrush, etc. Plus convienient rentals for anything you might need (iron, steamer, hair iron). Cheap laundry, kitchen available for use and breakfast tea service. Great location. Staff were lovely.

Quick and efficient check-in/check-out. The room was an okay size. Really small washroom. In a cool area of Shinjuku that is good for children as well. Seems to be a good hotel for those that are there for a family vacay or a party trip.
