The location was within close walking distance to all shopping and dining experiences as well as Shibuya Train Station. The accomodation was well appointed although cosy, had all that we needed.

Not ideal for someone traveling with big luggage. Small room and they sent ne from main building to annex with my big bags. Room was not very clean. I won't come back.

More Quiet Side of Shibuya

The location is on other more quiet side of Shibuya Scramble; away from the tourist crowd and neon signs. I prefer this side where locals go for great restaurants, headspa & massage. But I was very disappointed with the filthy bathroom in my hotel room. After my long flight I was so looking forward to a hot bath but instead took photos to show to a cleaner the mold and although did their best, bathroom still didn’t feel clean. The beds however were clean and very comfy, kitchen spotless too. Appreciate the washer/dryer in room but need Google translate to operate as there are no instructions in English. I seriously recommend that they upgrade all their bathrooms and hire a housekeeping supervisor who does cleaning inspections since they only clean every 4 days and seem to be short staffed for cleaning. It saddened me to look so forward to my arrival and to have to deal with a filthy bathroom. I must compliment Mr Yagishita at front desk reception as very professional with a calming manner which helped the situation immensely

Love it!

Super love this room! Worth the price we paid. Room is small but has literally everything! Bathtub, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, tv, hair dryer. Even has a window! Suitable for long term stay in fact. Family Mart is a few steps away, majority of the train lines can be reached in a few minutes of walk too! Staff are very nice too!

Room service cleaning was only provided if you stayed a certain amount of days. 2 beds were also pushed together to create one king size bed, which I wasn’t necessarily a huge fan about. Closet space is very small, but so are other hotels. Toiletries were primarily provided in the lobby. Balcony was very nice, location was also good. There was a family mart right downstairs.

Stayed at this hotel for over 10 nights and unfortunately room we got put in first bathroom was unbearable with strong stench. We had to get it reviewed cleaned again and still there so changed rooms. Whilst the hotel is close to new south exit walk to JR and Tokyo metro lines are still substantial if you are travelling with young children just to keep in mind. Walk to shibuya crossing is around 15-20 mins realistically so again to consider. Staff were friendly however English will be limited using translator on google majority of time again just to keep in mind.
