Rooms were booked through Expedia.com.We booked three rooms for a large family. We wanted the rooms together but couldn't figure out how to communicate with the property. We got only a form autoresponse to our email inquiry and our international phone call would not connect. All communication with the property was through an iPad in the lobby. You could request towels or supplies from one of the cleaners present on the property. The rooms had a kitchen, but were small and cramped. The rooms were not cleaned or serviced for stays of less than 2 weeks.The price seemed high for what you got, compared to other properties in the area. The location was very walkable to the train station and had plenty of options for shopping, groceries, and restaurants. We would visit Edogawa City again but would search for a better deal for a hotel.
