The staff was attentive and friendly to go through with us the check in process and we get to know they have same day luggage delivery service provided to the guests, we try the service as we was changing to disneyland hotel and it was efficient and fuss free! Friendly, helpful staff, location close to subway station with minutes of walking distance and a generally clean room. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with the small toilet room, plumbing or ventilation—the room was extremely smelly even when we move in on first day which made for an uncomfortable stay. Hope management addresses this odor issue.

We had an excellent stay at MIMARU Tokyo Ueno Inaricho. We are extremely pleased with this hotel. The staff is amazing and truly goes above and beyond to help. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is very well located, clean, and comfortable, which made it a great base for exploring Tokyo. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully organized. We honestly don’t have anything bad to say about our experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Lovely modern hotel in a convenient location. Short distance from Ueno station or a very short walk to Inaricho station which is on the Ginza line. We had the Japanese room; really clean, roomy, and excellent shower in a wet room. Staff are super friendly and there’s a big selection of items that guests can borrow including rice cooker and toastie machine. Also games for hire at no cost. Would totally stay in this hotel again.
