Located in between 3 stations, around 5-7mins walk to each. Direct train to Narita & Haneda which was convenient. The room was a little small but it’s reasonable for Tokyo size. The front desk staff were really polite and helpful.

I like their Japanese style breakfast when I stayed at this hotel last time. So, I chose to stay in this hotel again. I was a little disappointed as they offer the same food everyday. And, they keep replenishing the western style breakfast but not much the Japanese ones.

The room is unbelievably small. It's actually a fire hazard once the luggage is in the room as it blocks the exit. The floors and walls were dirty. Found hair balls on the floor. Near many shops but at least 15 mins from closest metro station.

These hotel rooms are very small as it's only a one person walk way. The bathroom had a bad smell and again very small (if you stand in the middle of the bathroom you can probably touch everything). There are a few places to eat in the area but it is a 10 to 15 mins walk to the train station and to the flagship shopping stores.

Good for a stopover in Tokyo

A relatively short half mile mostly straight mostly level walk from Tokyo Station. Nice neighborhood in Ginza. Exit the station by the highway bus stops and turn right. We had an overnight stay in Tokyo before continuing on to Izu. We stashed the big bags in coin lockers at the station and walked to our hotel. Front desk staff was very nice. Room was Tokyo size, so small, but clean. Breakfast was good with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes. Altogether an excellent place for an overnight stay in Tokyo.

Overall the hotel was fine. Great location and good price. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was tiny and the bathtub had a super high side to it. Getting to shower was hard if you are have a hard time lifting your legs high.

It was a great stay in the Gina shopping district. The room was clean and had a soaking tub. The unit had a refrigerator. They were numerous small local restaurants. Easy walk to the JR and Metro. Enjoyable vacation.

Hotel conditions are fair. Staff services are excellent. Location is very convenient. Family Mart is just around the corner. Many eateries nearby. We stayed for 8 nights in a double bed room and a twin beds room. Room size is reasonable. They clean the room daily. They don’t have coin laundry in the hotel but there are two public coin laundry nearby so is not a problem if you have a longer stay. Would come back to this hotel on future visits.

I’ve stayed at the hotel on a previous trip. I picked it before because of its location and breakfast. So it was a no brainer to come back on this trip. The hotel is walkable to Tokyo station (15 mins), the subway for the airport (5 mins) and the Disney line (10 mins). It is also a few minutes walk from the Ginza shopping area if that’s what you like. There are plenty of subway lines nearby so it’s easy to travel to different parts of Tokyo or beyond. It is situated in a quiet street with a great pizza restaurant almost opposite, perfect for when you are too tired to go further. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent value, with a similar selection to far more expensive breakfasts at other hotels we stayed at. The room was small but I expected that, the bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean and the window opened which was great. I have stayed in larger, more expensive places previously but this will always be my first choice when I come back to Tokyo as it ticks all the boxes for me. Finally, we stayed twice at this hotel with eight days travelling in between. The hotel stored four large cases and other bags during this period which was excellent service from them. I can not rate them highly enough. Thank you for your hospitality and I will come back!
