Ginza hotel

Three days in Tokyo. Excellent position. Reasonable sized rooms for Tokyo and good bathrooms. Western and Japanese breakfast. Highly recommended.

We travelled to Japan over 10 days staying in 4 hotels, this was our last hotel which was the most expensive yet most underwhelming. Not only was the room very dark and small it had limited room amenities in comparison to previous hotels throughout our stay. I can’t comment on the staff as they didn’t make themselves known and the check in was literally them giving us keys. If you need somewhere close to Tokyo central and want to be left alone it’s the place to stay.

The location was great. We were there for the marathon so walking distance to main Ginza area where marathon was passing by. Family Mart was across the street. Many restaurants were in the area. Don Quijote Ginza is within walking distance. Staff were amazing, always friendly and kind. They were all very helpful with anything we asked about. We really enjoyed our stay. We didn't eat at the hotel because there were so many other options around the hotel we wanted to try.

Great comfortable location, Will stay again.

Hotel was in a great location, close to stores, train and restaurants. Had a comfortable stay. Room was quiet, even though we were on a busy street. Rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. We prefer a soft bed, although the mattress was on the firmer side, it was still comfortable for us. When we needed an extra pillow with more support, they had one sent up within minutes. A added bonus, we could cool the room with AC. Typically we’ve found hotels only heat when it’s during the colder months. We prefer a cooler room for sleep. Overall, Fantastic place, will stay again!

We arrived after 2pm. Less than 1 hour to 3pm check in. Staff refused to let us into rooms and actually had the audacity to ask whether we wanted to pay for early check in! Absolutely disgusting service!
