Staff is amazing and really helpful. From the front desk staff to our housekeeper, everyone were amazing. Bathroom could use one or two extra towel hooks. One big minus was laundry facility. Having two out of four washer out during our 6 days stay is unpleasantly surprising. Management should be more efficient since two washers for 14 floors hotel is really not enough.

Amazing experience!

This hotel was perfect! Amazing location but off to the side so it wasn’t too hectic. Grounds and inside were completely clean and staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were obviously not huge (typical Japan) but they were clean and comfortable and perfect for us. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in shinjuku!

This hotel is in Kabuchicho where all dining and entertainment are. For people looking for action, this is the place to be. The rooms are of decent size as long as you know how to maneuver. Tokyo hotels are known to be tight and small - so expect that. Staff are accommodating and friendly.

Location is great- 10 min walk from Shinjuku. Rooms are adequate but extremely small. Family members stayed in the room with a bed, and I feel they had more room to move around than the Japanese King room.

The nearly brand-new hotel is situated in the heart of the party/nightlife/red-light "entertainment" district of Shinjuku. It is nevertheless set back from the main drag on a quiet side street. Room was small, but immaculate. The Japanese king-sized mattress was a godsend after a long flight. Note: the mattress is on the floor, so if you have trouble with agility or getting out of bed, this would not be ideal. Breakfast was excellent. Overall an excellent choice, especially if it's your first time in Tokyo.

Great hotel with hot breakfast. The Japanese culture of service is well represented by the staff who always welcomes every guest with a smile and a greeting. The only thing I would say is missing is that they need hangers or shelf in the bathroom, as there is no place to place your clean clothes other than is top of the toilet seat.

First off I would stay here again. The location was the location, staff and hotel amenities were excellent. The breakfast had plenty of options and the food was top notch. They have a garden view if you want. The Japanese bath is a must try, it helped with the soreness from all the walking. Hope this review is helpful.
