Nicely surprised

Was initially apprehensive b/c the location was in Akasaka which no one ever talked about as an area to stay as a tourist. Lovely hotel with friendly staff and Natasha was the sweetest. The hotel is in a quaint residential area with a 7/11 right next door and a few other connivence stores/markets nearby. Train station within walking distance. Rooms are small but doable. Overall great hotel and wonderful stay.

The hotel was conveniently located to a train station, so wherever we wanted to go, it only took us 20 minutes or so. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful with anything we needed. The hotel was clean, my only wish was that the room would have been a little bigger.

First of all, the staff here were the friendliest of our whole trip. Bubbly, kind, and full of great recommendations! Another huge pro was the unique and incredible amenities- they had free bath salts, skin care items, and even face masks that we took advantage of for a relaxing stay! The hotel was extremely comfortable, safe, and clean. We would love to stay here again!

Decent base for a short stay exploring Tokyo

Conveniently located between 2 metro stations for exploring Tokyo. Rooms very small but functional - we had no outlook on 4th floor. Blackout blinds helped us have a good sleep. Complimentary drinks from 5-7pm was a welcome start to our evening. Staff were all very young but friendly and extremely helpful.

The staff (bilingual) were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the ensuite ofuro (soaking tub)! The hotel is well situated, on a quiet street but still within a short walk from major subway lines. I would recommend this hotel especially to Tokyo/Japan first-timers looking for an easy entry into the city/country. Thank you, Team Sui Akasaka, we will be back!

I returned to Hotel SUI Akasaka by ABEST this May and had another solid experience. Areeya handled check-in on the day I arrived. My flight landed nearly an hour early, and although check-in wasn’t available yet, the staff was fine with holding my luggage at the lobby. I stepped out to an Excelsior Caffé nearby while waiting. My room was the same type as during my previous stay, just on a different floor, so it felt familiar and easy to settle into. Cleanliness and upkeep were consistent, and everything worked as expected. Over the course of the stay, the front desk team was responsive and helpful. Natasha answered a number of questions I had, including some about getting the most out of my DisneySea visit. Taha remained cheerful and efficient—he brings good energy to the front desk. Na Hansol helped clarify details about using the Air Porter service for my return trip to Narita, especially since I had an early flight. She took the time to check with the service directly, which I appreciated. Yin was friendly and welcoming whenever I passed through the lobby. He was busy managing things but remained professional throughout. Check-out was smooth and handled by Natasha, Areeya, and Chingis, who all left a good final impression as I wrapped up my stay. Overall, the hotel continues to offer a good balance of location, comfort, and dependable service. It’s well-suited for travelers looking for a reliable base in Tokyo with easy metro access and attentive staff.

C'était une très belle expérience. Le staff était très gentil et nous aidait immédiatement pour toute question. Great Hotel!

The location of the property is great for getting around tokyo by public transport. The hotel itself offers lots of freebies in the lobby ie face masks, bath salts and other toiletries. The staff were really friendly and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good priced hotel stay.
