Good location for my meetings and close the station

The hotel is well situated in a less hectic part of Tokyo. It's a short walk from Hamamatsucho Station (this is the only one close by we used) to the hotel. This station is 3 stops (from memory) from Tokyo Station heading toward Shinagawa on the Yamanote Line. We managed the walk to the hotel fine with 2 kids and luggage (flat and not too many people once you clear the station traffic). Turn left when you head out of the station (exiting on the western side), cross at the first set of lights on the right (not far from the station) and keep walking almost to the end of the street, it's on the left. The breakfast was good - plenty to eat but probably not the best buffet we've ever eaten at but better than searching for somewhere to eat first thing in the morning. The kids loved "handy" the complimentary mobile phone for your stay and the robot in the foyer which you could ask questions of. The room was a tight fit for 4 mainly because they put 2 double beds and one large single bed - 2 doubles would have been ok. The only complaint was the pillows which were really hard but otherwise the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is very well equipped with toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, small hairbrush even facial cleanser, toner and moisteriser). The room also included PJ's for all (although the pants didn't quite fit my husband- the tops were huge and could be worn as a nightie). The hotel staff were all lovely, professional and helpful. I would stay here again.

Great hotel. Good location. A little challenging with a family of 5 in one room. Free phone was a bonus.

First Traditional accommodation experience

Pros: The staff, the room and the en-suite t toilets and the gowns they give you. beds were comfortable too. Transfer to train station when we left.
Cons: Have a private shower available and better availability for shower times.
Location: was close enough to the centre of town to walk easily.
First time staying in a proper traditional Japanese motel. Staff were friendly and helpful even with very limited English spoken by a few of them. The shared bathrooms with limited access times were a bit of a surprise as we turned up after walking for quite a while on a hot day hoping for a cool shower, but we probably should have researched this when we booked. luckily we don't have tattoos either! The room was small but big enough if you kept the bed folded during the day, and the gown supplied with the room were very comfortable, even to sleep in. The shared bathroom was quite confronting for my teenage daughter but we ended up with the room to ourselves so she survived.

Great. Could do with a place for smoking though. Just adding more words because it's asked me to

Lovely clean hotel, excellent for transport.

Had a lovely stay here, the hotel is nice and clean, the room a little small but, hey, if you're spending too much time in your room, you're not having a good holiday! It's in a great position, nice quiet part of Tokyo but at a big transport hub which we were able to travel everywhere around Tokyo easily.
