Room smelled bad. Didn’t ask to change too tired. Breakfast buffet was good but 30% or so of the cost of the room. The staff other than the front desk was amazing. I don’t think I’ve had anyone so willing to go the extra mile.

Excellent hotel in the Japan "business hotel" category (rooms tend to be smalll for Western standards, do not offer some services available at full-service hitels). The property looks new, attractive, excellent Japanese/Western breakfast buffet, helpful reception staff. Rooms overlooking the river have a great view of the boardwalk and boats. Shopping and restaurants at least a 10 min walk away. JR station is 20 min by foot, Nankai ferry terminal about half hour. But there were always taxis parked right outside.

Hotel with zero character far away from center

no cleaning for three days everything is grey, canteen looks like a hospital canteen terrible noise from all sides, all night far away from everything checked out earlier to move to another hotel

The hotel is really far from the JR station but getting there by taxi cost only 720 JYP which wasn't too bad. Nice view from the hotel room.
