On the west-southern side there is a big and well maintained lawn, nice to let the children play football or run freely in the garden. The pool lies on the north-eastern side of the house, from here you can enjouy the panoramic views on the landscape and Todi. The pool is 12x6 meter with romain steps. The depth is overall 135cm. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, garden chairs and sun umbrellas. There are also tables and chairs on this side of the building to eat outdoor. The property is suitable for 10 persons and there is also a baby cot available. The house is subdivided into 3 apartments. Each has a living/ding room with kitchen, 1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom. The smallest is suitable for 2 persons. The second one has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other has a single bed (it's possible to add here an extra bed).
