The reservation was confirmed and paid for but the day we were due to check in the host refused to provide check in details. They refused to respond to contact from us and VRBO. We were left scrambling to find a place to stay for 12 people the day we needed to be in the house.

Could not tell you about the property as the host was not able to accommodate us as she stated it was double booked.

Double Booked!

The host double booked the house and when we got there to check in there was another family there. We had to go home because it was too late to find somewhere reasonably priced at the last minute. What's worse is that it's been over a week and a half, and they haven't processed a refund.
