Great for 14 adults
My friends and I spent a very nice weekend, the house is great, we were 14 plus a baby and we had plenty of space, the table was big enough for all of us which an important criteria when we book a house. The outdoor space is relaxing and cozy and the community has a lot of activities. Tina and Boris were responsive and very helpful. It was a great place to stay.

Pocono Lake house
Pros: - [ ] Owners were extremely attentive and repaired/replaced things within 24 hours. - [ ] House could comfortably sleep 12-14 people. - [ ] House was within walking distance of the beach and pool. - [ ] Kayaks at the house were excellent with easy access to the water. - [ ] Fire pit was good, and the owner even supplied some wood. Cons: - [ ] Living room on main floor is small. We were 7 adults and 5 children. There is a nice area downstairs for teens but with 5 kids 8 years of age and under the upstairs got crowded. - [ ] In the photos the area by the dock looks like sand. It is hard rock and stones. We were hoping to be able to have the little ones play in the sand by the water - not possible. - [ ] There are only 5 beach/pool passes. Additional ones can be purchased for $12 per day per person. - [ ] Pool did not open until 11am. There was a limited number of people allowed at any one time. There were occasions when we were denied entry because it was full. - [ ] Beach did not open until 11:30am though the kids were able to play in the sand before then. However, the pedal boats were not accessible until 11:30. - [ ] Area by the beach for swimming is very small. - [ ] The house is air conditioned by wall units which were a bit noisy. Overall, we had a fun family vacation.
