Lake Jordan/Coosa River Area with boat dock - 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home with 4950 sq ft of room to spread out. Fully furnished. 7 beds, 1 party room w/deck, 2 living rooms., small game room ( with Xbox 360 w/ projecting the games on the wall with 4 video game chairs and foosball table), Gym (2 TVs, 2 bikes, 1 treadmill, weights, weight bench, dumbbells (10lbs-35lbs), speed bag, 40lb punching bag), eat in kitchen, dining room, small desk/office area. Large 25’x30’ Deck off Party Room, New Above ground pool with Deck and Gargage converted into a Gym/Large game room with ping pong, air hockey, shuffleboard, basketball game and darts. Plus dock with room for 3 boats.
We are renting our home monthly for 1-6 mos fully furnished rental $4500 per month for 6 mos/$5000 for 3 mos/50% daily rate for 1 month. (Includes gas, water, trash, electric, Dish Satellite, high speed internet, plus land line and twice a month cleaning lady(bathrooms, Kitchen and tile/wood floors).
Washer and Dryer available in home as well.
