Their towel had hello stains on them. The chair in the room was broken. I started my cycle while I was sleep and got period blood on the cover so they kept my deposit because they said I damaged their property

Property needs a total renovation. Pics are mismeading. It's a "0" star hotel. No security. Doors open freely without a key card at night. Not safe. Children playing stick ball in the parking lot during the day. Floors unswept.Trash on the outside. Interior smells. Thank goodness I only needed 2 nights.

Room needed maintenance. Bathroom door knob and shower curtain rod ready to fall off. Bathroom wood vanity nicked and scraped. Breakfast options ok. Waffles, sausage and yogurt good. Coffee way too strong. Instead of scrambled, pancake flattened disc.

I really appreciated this hotel. It was clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant and professional. I appreciated the breakfast that was available each day. I had to extend my stay a couple of times and it was not a problem at all. I said if I couldn't stay at home, Comfort Inn and Suites was a good place for me to stay. I will refer friends and family that want to come to the area to look at this hotel.
