It is midway between Rovinj and Porec, just a few minutes from the Istriacolors Waterpark.The villa is designed in a combination of rustic and modern style, whereas the owner has paid much attention to stone and masonery details. The interior is in stylish sandy colors, with 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, 3 bedrooms and a stretch sofa, it a perfect getaway for 1 large or 2 families. The house has 150 m2, the pool has 32 m2, and there is a roofed BBQ area beside the pool. The villa is a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.
