Lovely home in Tinjan with WiFi

This authentic Istrian stone house is located in Srbinjak, 19 km from Porec and its beaches.

The house was built at the beginning of the XX century and completely renovated in 2012 in the original Istrian style. Villa David combines excellent comfort with the unique atmosphere of the century-old stone house. The house is located on a 600 square meter plot with manicured lawn, 24 square meter swimming pool, covered terrace with seating and barbecue fireplace, and private parking.



Vacation home for 6-8 people with a living area of 120 sqm - on the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area with table for 8 people, two sofa beds and access to the swimming pool, bathroom/WC. On the second floor there are a total of 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms, two with French beds and bath/WC and one with single beds and shower/WC. All bedrooms have a view of the garden and pool. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
