Great local hotel.

Everything great; Clean room, Comfortable bed, Continental Breakfast, convenient parking, very accommodating and friendly staff. Only drawback was only 1 hand towel and no wash cloths, andā€¦ no elevator. Must speak some Spanish!

Unsanitary - Very Disappointed

The unit was infested with roaches. The room smell was unbearable - smelled like Raid or whatever theyā€™d been spraying for bugs. The smell stayed penetrated in our clothes and belongings. The mattresses and sheets were disgusting (found a dead roach on one of the beds between the sheets). I asked for a refund and was denied because I had already been in the unit for about 4 hours - didnā€™t know there were roaches until then; saw them scatter when we turned the like on to go to the bathroom. Was told they couldnā€™t do anything about it (as the receptionist tried to spray the room with more bug spray) as they were out of rooms. First and last time staying here. Saw they had good reviews before reserving - not sure how honestly.

Honestly what made it great was the staff I love the ladies working there so nice. Everything around the hotel is local you can walk to club restaurants and pharmacy is next to it. Wow what a great place the breakfast was good for continental breakfast. They can order you taxi there or help you get tickets and what not! Just a great place!
